General Enrollment
Enrollment for Rocky Mountain Day Camp
At Rocky Mountain Day Camp, we welcome children ages 4* to 15. *Please note that campers must turn 5 by October 15, 2026.
Standard camp hours are Monday–Friday,
9:00 AM – 3:15 PM, with extended hours available.
The Full-Session Experience
By attending a full three-week session, campers get the complete RMDC experience: building friendships, confidence, and momentum that can’t happen in just one week. While we welcome campers for individual weeks, families tell us that staying the full session is when the real magic of RMDC happens!
Every three-week session includes:
Color War – Our signature all-camp competition and celebration
Special Activities – Magicians, ninja courses, animal shows & more
Arts & Crafts Projects – From wearable creations to creative builds
STEM Challenges – Hands-on experiments and engineering fun
Games, Sports, and So Much More!
Extended Hours
Pre-Camp is available from 7:30 AM until camp begins each day. The tuition for Pre-Camp is $25 per day or $90 per week.
After-Camp is available for families who would like to pick up their camper before 5:30 PM. The tuition for After-Camp is $40 per day or $125 per week.
Refunds or make up days will not be given for any pre-camp or after-camp absences. This policy is in place because the cost for staff and programming remains the same when children are absent from pre-camp and/or after-camp.

General Policies
Flexible Registration
A minimum of two weeks is required for registration. You may select any two individual weeks throughout the summer (for example, Week 1 & Week 6).
Weeks do not need to be consecutive or within the same session, though we highly recommend attending back-to-back weeks if possible for the best experience.
Deposit
A $125 per week deposit of your total is due upon enrollment. Your balance will be due on May 1. All enrollment occurring after May 1, requires full payment.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancelling weeks can be made at no cost through March 31, with the exception of full-enrollment cancellations which will incur a $100 fee.
Refunds requested on or after April 1, will result in a $125 per week cancellation fee. Cancellations that reduce attendance to only one week will not be fully refunded.
Absence/Sick Day Policy
Refunds or make up days will not be given for any absences including: sick days, missed days, family vacation days, COVID or other health quarantines.
This policy also applies to pre-camp and after-camp, and is in place because the cost for staff and programming remains the same when children are absent.
Schedule Changes
Rocky Mountain Day Camp understands that summer plans change. On or before April 30, you can switch individual weeks without any additional charges. Starting May 1, there will be a $25 per week change fee for any requests to switch weeks. Although we will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule, Rocky Mountain Day Camp cannot guarantee all requests to switch weeks.
Early enrollment discounts do not transfer when switching weeks.

Discounts & Rewards
Early Enrollment Discount
Enroll your camper(s) on or before January 7 to receive the Early Enrollment Discount.
Five Day weeks (Weeks 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9) will receive a $25 per week discount.
Four Day weeks (Week 1) will receive a $20 discount.
Register early for 9 weeks and save $220.
Please note, the early enrollment discounts do not transfer when switching weeks and the Early Enrollment Discount window has ended.
Multi-Week Reward
RMDC rewards camp families who enroll for 4 weeks or more:
Loyalty Reward
Enroll for any 4–6 weeks and receive a $40 discount on those weeks. Pay only $560 per week for your camper’s 4th, 5th and 6th week. Pair this with the Early Enrollment discount and pay $535.
Extended Stay Reward
Enroll for any 7–8 weeks and receive an $80 discount on those weeks. Pay only $520 for your camper’s 7th and 8th week. Pair this with the Early Enrollment discount and pay $495.
Full Experience Reward
Attend all 9 weeks and be recognized with our ultimate summer reward of an additional $100 savings.
Sibling Discount
RMDC offers the following sibling discount to families enrolling multiple children:
Second child: 5% discount
Third child: 25% discount
Fourth child or more: 50% discount
Each camper must be registered individually. The sibling discount applies to additional children enrolled for at least two weeks and whose tuition is equal to or less than the first child’s. The discount will be applied once the first child’s registration and payment are completed.
