Rocky Mountain Day Camp KidsGENERAL ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
Enrollment for Rocky Mountain Day Camp’s 2017 summer is now open! A child must be at least FIVE YEARS OLD to attend camp.

Tuition for Rocky Mountain Day Camp is $385 per week. Session 1 total price is $616 (8 days only) and Session 3 total price is $693 (9 days only).

No two sessions are the same at Rocky Mountain Day Camp and we encourage you to enroll for more than just one!

Session 1:
May 31 – June 9 (8 Days) $616 total
Camp will be closed Monday and Tuesday, May 29 and 30

Session 2:
June 12 – June 23 (Two Weeks) $385 per week

Session 3:
June 26 – July 7 (9 days) $693 total
Camp will be Closed on Tuesday, July 4

Session 4:
July 10 – July 21 (Two Weeks) $385 per week

Session 5:
July 24 – August 4 (Two Weeks) $385 per week

Rocky Mountain Day Camp KidsRMDC HALF-DAY ROOKIE CAMP
Half-day Rookie Camp is only available to children entering KINDERGARTEN. This gives our youngest campers the opportunity to experience RMDC for a half-day. Half-day Rookies follow the same morning schedule as full-day Rookies but get picked up after lunch at 12:30 PM. Tuition for half-day Rookie Camp is $255 per week. Half-day Rookies may jump to full-day Rookie Camp at any time, including in the middle of a session, on a space available basis.

RMDC Councelor in Training Program
Campers entering 8th or 9th grade may enroll in our Counselor in Training Program or as a regular camper. Counselors in Training, or C.I.T.s, will spend some of their camp session helping our staff with younger campers. This is a great leadership experience that gives older campers the opportunity to see what it like to be an RMDC staffer! When C.I.T.s are not helping younger campers they will continue to be campers themselves in the oldest groups. Tuition for C.I.T.s is the same as it is for regular campers.

EARLY ENROLLMENT DISCOUNT
If you enroll before January 1, 2017, you get a $5 per day discount. If you enroll between January 1 and January 31, 2017, you get a $3 per day discount.

 

PRE-CAMP AND AFTER-CAMP
Rocky Mountain Day Camp KidsPre-Camp is available from 7:30 AM until camp begins each day. The tuition for Pre-Camp is $50 per week.

After-Camp is available for parents who would like to pick up their camper at 5:30 PM. The tuition for After-Camp is $75 per week.

If you are enrolling for multiple sessions and need Pre-Camp and After-Camp, the following discounts apply:
         
2 Sessions - $75 off Pre-Camp/After-Camp
3 Sessions - $150 off Pre-Camp/After-Camp
4 Sessions - $225 off Pre-Camp/After-Camp
5 Sessions - $300 off Pre-Camp/After-Camp

SIBLING DISCOUNT
Rocky Mountain Day Camp offers the following sibling discount to families enrolling multiple children:
Second child:     5% discount
Third child:          25% discount
Fourth child:       50% discount

Rocky Mountain Day Camp Kids(The sibling discount will be applied to children enrolled in sessions that are of equal or lesser value than the first child.)

 

DEPOSIT
A $250 per session deposit of your total is due upon enrollment to Rocky Mountain Day Camp.  The balance is due on May 1, 2017. Enrollment after May 1, 2017 must be accompanied by full payment.

REFUND POLICYRocky Mountain Day Camp Kids
A FULL REFUND will be given for cancellations received before May 31, 2017. Refunds requested after May 31, will result in a $50 withdrawal fee.

 

SCHEDULE CHANGES
Rocky Mountain Day Camp understands that summer plans may change. Sessions may be switched at any time BASED UPON AVAILABILITY. Although we will do everything we can to accommodate your schedule Rocky Mountain Day Camp cannot guarantee all requests to switch sessions.

Once you have registered for camp you are required to fill out all of our online forms through your CampMinder account. If you are a returning camper you simply have to update all of your information. We require a new immunization form each year
